Player Manager Save Game Issue - AGAIN!!!

I have spent the last few days trying to configure PM to work using both Amiga Forever and WINUAE.

I have read through all the forums and all the advice provided has not solved my problem.

Having downloaded many versions, umpteen save disks and loaded existing save games etc..
- Each time I hit save, I get the following.
1) Using various created blank disks using various types, I get the "load data disk screen" error....
2) With a downloaded existing save game disk, I get a file error if I select a new filename or overwrite existing one.....

Clearly there must be something in my config that is causing the game to error, is there anyone who can help so that I can demonstrate to the kids a REAL footy game and avoid buying FIFA12......

According to your first post, you've already tried everything.

Try running WinUAE as Administrator. It may be that the location of your saves requires elevated access, hence the file errors.

i am the administrator, what do you mean by elevated access....

To clarify; I have tried everything that is listed on the various forums but no joy. I guess I am wondering is there any fundamental reason why it wont work for me....

Basically, right click WinUAE and "Run As Administrator". Depends on your OS.

using amiga forever and launch winuae using plug-in. Cant right click to choose to run as administrator....

should i try a different way ?

OK, so try to run Amiga Forever as administrator.

If you could provide some screenshots or even a video that would probably be of great use to help solve the issue.

Not sure if linked but loaded KO2 and it worked using comp pro joystick but couldnt save game, got same file error issue.

Tried gameplay on PM and joystick did not work nor could i save game....
