Kick Off Tournament Groups - Who the heck is...

Postby gdh82 » Tue Nov 07, 2006 9:46 pm

... FAKO, LOKO, EAKO, RAMBO (you never know!), KORA, FLORA, CANTTHINKOFANYMORA - I see the threads but none of them mean that much to me!

I've be grateful if anyone could define these various initials and the areas they cover and possibly the organiser/contact in each case, as well as any other KO2 groups that exist.

This information could be useful to interested newcomers to the site and I'll link to this thread from the Improve Your Skills thread... thanks in advance! :)

FAKO = Federation of Arctic Kick Off (or something like that) and is basically Freshie and his mates (some say his imaginary friends...Robert!!!) and is a very young but strong organisation.

LOKO = London Kick Off association and is basically Robert and his mates (some say his imaginary friends....Alkis!!!) and is a very old but young organisation.

EAKO = The East Anglian Kick Off Association
and is basically that lot from Norwich or Ipswich or wherever they drive their tractor down from (Crossy etc I think)

TORA = Part of the Q'uran or something like that, I don't think they play Kick off Much.
No longer the only UK based Liverpool, Nottingham Forest and Crewe supporter in the whole of the KOA!!!

We used to refer to ourselves as GKOA (Greek KOA), until the geek jokes became too easy and frequent.
Remember, remember, the 4th and the 3rd of November
