I can provide one camera, with photographer, so long as this does not clash with more important events.

AN URGENT UPDATE FOR EVERYONE

Can I urge everyone to make sure their accommodation is sorted by the end of today if possible.

If staying on Saturday only, please ensure with Pee that you are down to use one of his five rooms.

If coming on Friday, you need to book a room for yourself by calling the hotel's number above.

I HAVE JUST CALLED THE HOTEL AND BOOKED - THEY ADVISED ME THAT DUE TO THE TEST MATCH, DEMAND IS HIGH AND THEY EXPECT PRICES TO ESCALATE LATER TODAY AND IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.

DON'T LEAVE IT TOO LATE.

OK everyone I am leaving now....

PLEASE CAN I MAKE ONE LAST REQUEST...

WE ARE ALL REQUIRED WITHOUT EXCEPTION TO CONTIBUTE A MINIMUM £10 TOWARDS THE COST OF THE FACILITIES AND TROPHIES.

PLEASE CAN EVERYONE COME WITH AT LEAST A £10 NOTE - NO FUSS OR EXCUSES - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED (POLITELY).

Here are a list of excuses that will not be accepted:

"Oh no! I left my money in the car/hotel room/bank!"
"I will pay you at the World Cup/next year."
"I will transfer it to your bank account honest."
"-insert name- is supposed to be paying for me."
Anything else.

C'mon people we are all adults. We have £15 people and the total event cost will be around £200. Contributions in excess of £10 are welcome. In fact some are necessary.

Pee or myself will collect the money tomorrow.
