Player Manager 2 Looking for some help

Hello, a good day to you all.
I want to change the teams and the player from Player Manager 2.

But i cannot find an Editor for PM2. Does anybody knows an Editor for this game?
I use a Hex Editor, but i cannot find the teams or the players.
I do not know whitch file i need looking for.
With a cheat program i can find the teams and the players, but only in the main memory.
I can change the teams, but only for the savegame and in the season.
I hope, that anybody can help me.
There are different languages for this game. I can see it in the main.exe.
But i don t know to change the language.

Hello and thanks for the welcome.
My name is Mathias Wolfgang and i am from Germany, from the Hanse City Lueneburg,
a very old city, that became very rich with white gold in the middleage.
Today, a lot of people from over the world come here to visit it.

Now, i found a good Hex Editor, where i can search all files to the teams and players.
The teams, players and many more are in the file VGA.exe.
With the Hex Editor now i can change the team names, and every name off players and managers

It's really strange that all the teams controlled by the computer evolve with five defenders, four midfilders and one striker.
What do you think about ?
