WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!??????????????
How can u never have played THE greatest game of all time!!!????
(yes, in my eyes it beats KO2!)

and when Camber is finished with PM, also making that a 2 player game ( :!: ) hee hee it will be even better!!!

Camber... I'm in agreement for both projects!!! :)

I have a laptop, can play on there ... got WinUAE when I (used to) play Premier Manager 3 other than that, if this seriously Kick(s) Off, then I shall need to buy a PC!! ffs! ...and at my demanding specs etc, that ain't gonna be cheap ... might go the route of the whole Home Theatre PC route if that were the case...

The PC project probably belongs on the KO1/2 part of the forum.

Best start a new thread!

Injecting KO2 gameplay into Amiga PM can be thought of as separate.

Just wondered if you were still continuing this project as well as the pc kick off project, and if you are can I post suggestions for changes and additions I would like to see and what sort of time frame would it be for say just putting the KO2 engine in PM, sorry if i`m getting ahead of myself but its exciting thinking about the number 1 management game finally getting updated, I would offer my services but my computer skills run to just about turning it on I`m afraid.

...but you do hate playing vs the computer... hmmm...

It is a great management game, and with the KO engine for arcade gameplay its just the best combination!! Camber updating this is so much MORE "on another level" than just updating KO2.

What I like from other management games that I would like seen in PM update is:

1. Transfer managers to other clubs, at end or even mid season
2. EUROPE is a must please!!!! Need more competitions to play in!
3. Random pitches
4. Scouting reports
5. Able to sign foreign players
6. Youth players, home grown, through your acadamy??
7. GingerPete's suggestion, online game play, interactive leagues etc

Can you incorporate the "Football Manager" system, with the KO2 play??
(maybe thats too complex? One of the things about PM is its ease of use and lack of stats?)

That's got nothing to do with it, I could just never bothered to play it. Back in those days I used to play the CPU at Kick Off.

some things I would like too see in an updated PM

replays
the ability to watch cpu v cpu matches
bigger leagues
manager sackings and job offers
european competitions
career stats for each player like, previous clubs, goals, injuries, internationals
transfer windows
younger starting age for your player manager
an option to just be a player starting at age 18 and as you age and improve other clubs vie for your signature and then when you get to about 27-28 you can become player manager.

cant think of any more at the moment, but one thing I always liked about PM as opposed to other manager games is the use of unknown player names, in other games we all know Giggs for example is a good player and all the players we know are good usually are, but in PM there are no known players so we have no preconceptions of their ability.
