I've downloaded about 13 from the Milan event.

As for the Dartford semis, I think Ely caught some of the action on camera.. Seems he's got a talent for that ;)

I only recorded the Dartford Final, as my camcorder battery had only about 20 mins of life left in it. It was only afterwards that it dawned on me just what a muppet I had been. I could have run the cam off the mains and recorded the lot. MUPPET !!

As Durban points out, I've got cup games recorded from Glos I. Including legends like Naz, Bill21 and Dan Secker in action.

With a bit of luck, I'll have broadband next year, so all videos will be available to the world.

I'm currently working on the 2002 UK ChaYampionships Video. Now that I finally have a computer that's in a good mood, Windows XP, a DVD Writer and Adobe Premiere 6.5 I can get on with it.

All the DV Footage is captured, the second tape has been compressed to Mpeg2, whilst I need to leave the PC for about 24hrs to get the first tape in the same format. Once that's done it needs editing to take all the crap bits out, then i'll attempt to do a DVD release. Depending how long that all goes I may revisit Dartford and do a DVD of that. It's just the time taken to compress stuff, my 1Ghz Athlon really isn't up to it :?

As for games from Dartford, I only had whatever was on the Video I did for that. I only cut out crap bits where it was recording but I didn't realise.

Steve, I'd love to have those if you can bother to upload them.

I'll gladly share them... actually I forgot about them until durban mentioned it !

Hopefully the action will be uploaded this weekend, and all can wonder at Dan "People's Champion" Secker displaying the "most electrifying move in sports entertainment" :)

Got some videos ready to upload:

League Play.wmv
Game room action, featuring some excellent JamesB vs Swift action, Dan, mrs Dan, Jacob, MartinB, and this constant familiar voice in the background . Shame it's a bit blurry, you can make out people's faces better in the original. Gotta get this on Ely's DVD.

Semi-Final 1 (Dan vs Bill).wmv
The People's Champion unfortunately not on good lobbing form. SHAME !

Semi-Final 2 (Naz vs Screech).wmv
Plenty of quality heckling and a dodgy ref.

Final (Screech vs Bill).wmv
Termination, with more dodgy refereeing :)

This event was just before the version fun began.. innocent times. Not even home and away games to worry about !

Requires 32Mb of webspace. Any takers ?

Thanks Steve, I got the cup final and the league play yesterday, I'll get the other two shortly. Very nice! :) The final was hilarious, Steve Screech playing with Screech as the referee but not getting any favors, Bill even fouled him with Cox and got away with it!
Who's the pretty girl in the beginning of the League Play?

Dan brought along his girlfriend... This selfless act was much appreciated by all.

Great to see that tournament again, and relive the memories. Can't wait for the next UK Champs :)
