Let me remind you that when you book you receive a paying link that is active for a whole month. Therefore, although you must pay in advance, that does not mean you have to pay immediately when you book, but you still get a month to complete the purchase. And it is fully refundable until the week before the WC.

The organization cannot advance on important issues such as WC lunchs until we reach a bigger number of room bookings.
