KO - Gathering

As always, principles used are:

-Ranking points
-Performance in previous World Cups
-Performance in other tournaments
-Recent form and practice level
-Where two players must be separated, head-to-head record
-Personal opinions / quality assessment.

There will be 4 groups on Day One , we will draw from 8 groups of 4 people each and 1 group of 2. If there will be dropouts/new registrations for the world cup, players will be arranged following the rules above.

The aim of this process is not to favour or punish any individual, but just to come up with four balanced groups .

I just want to check the people updating the stats are aware Stephen C (Ireland) = Stephen D (Northern Ireland). I would prefer to remain Stephen D for KOA and general internet purposes.

Sad to say, our only French player contacted us today, saying he couldn't make it after all. He was on his way, but had to return home, due to unforseen circumstances.

Here's to hoping he'll be fine, and that we'll see him next year.
