Reading the results I can imagine it has been a great battle today! A pity there aren't video recorded of the the event (isn't it?) as there are many close results, included a couple of trilling draws!
Compliment to Alkis for this victory in a tremendous tournament.

As Gianni noticed, this was a much harder title than the final standings suggest. In fact it was looking very dubious about halfway as I had already lost two matches to Nikos and Ektoras who only had one defeat until that point. But then I benefited from the fact that everyone took points off each other and I was also lucky to win 4 games by a single goal (including an injury time victory against Kostas!). This was a great practice for the upcoming world cup but also a painful reminder of how out of shape both me and Ektoras are, my offense simply refused to work for large parts of the games.

Sounds a real battle-ground with everyone facing the scars of defeat! Impressive 6-2 victory for Kostas over Panayotis I see too. Played Alkis and Co.
