-Obsolete discussion about WC venue and date-

It's not that we wanted to confuse you but as the youth hostel in Duesseldorf is already fully booked (a fact that we absolutely had not expected and that shocked all of us) during october and november we are forced to change the venue and the date of the world cup.

We have been searching for alternative locations for the whole weekend and finally Volker has found a hotel that offers perfect conditions. Now it is very important that you all read Volker's thread http://ko-gathering.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=15865 and make up your mind asap. Now that Volker has contacted almost every hotel in Duesseldorf and in its outskirts we fear that this could be the last chance to get a world cup venue with almost perfect conditions (centrally located, huge tournament room and all at a good price). Therefore your quick decision is required so that we can put everything in the bag before this opportunity slips away.

There seems to be something wrong with this bid. I don't see a video and Penny's name is not among the lovely ladies. Sort it out please.

Well, there is a video about the venue and Duesseldorf in general when you visit the website of the youth hostel.

Concerning the assistance of Penny - i asked her to do it and she was not disinclined but i am still waiting for her confirmation.

I'll be driving my own the entire summer, so not that exiting. I'd rather have the shuttle bus being a VW T2 from Danbury Motorcaravans. :)

@Rodolfo and Volker: You are getting off-topic. This thread is just for bid approval. Attendance confirmations and booking details will be handled in different thread  .
