concerning ""tourist tax and other municipal fees":

the outline organisation has to pay the same taxes to the owner of the party place. on our bill, it's approximately 5% tourist tax and 4.5% environmental tax. so a total of 9.5%. this level of taxation is quite ridiculous in comparison with other dutch municipalities- for example, last year we payed only ~3.5%, in a municipality only ~15km from braamt.

"just so you know" :)

Thorsten, will there be more players, not registered on the KOA forums, but at the Outline Party that just waltz in prior to the start, and able to compete??

or is the list above the only players that there will be?

sid, i know that a few of the outline regulars have at least claimed to be somewhat good at KO. but whether or not that means they can really compete in the tournament and/or cup matches is very difficult for me to assess. since the party is rooted in the atari scene, our visitors have probably mostly played the slightly different ST version of KO. i guess it's up to kradd now to train "team atari" in the amiga version before the actual tournament starts, so we can be saved from a complete disgrace at the hands of KORA & co :)

sid, have you ever considered a career as a tabloid editor? your "creative quoting skills" seem perfect for the job ;) :P

but seriously- i'll do my best to get our regulars to put their money where their mouth was in recent weeks/months. however, do keep in mind that these guys are probably as much competition to you as (for example) andorra would be for the english national team... :P

Thorsten, you can change my name on the registration list from Calimero to Pascal V if you like.
