Re: The Movie Thread
I doubt this 'physical reality'. I can't help but doubt a world where anyone can't see Inception is a true masterpiece and perhaps one of the greatest movies of all time. Then again maybe I just willed it to be that after paying £14 per for premier seats at the Imax, which is another reason to doubt...

Re: Can you imagine how many football fans are gonna be . .
LOTR is surely a story of various races overcoming their differences to join together in a fight against a common enemy. Any other racial interpretations? What, besides all the idealised, civilised good guys being white, mixing with each other and being generally nice in their lush verdant homeland...

A good after-market cooler can reduce the temp on a card with stock cooling by 10-15*. They're usually quieter too, if the card is oldish. They're generally much easier to fit than you might expect, just like a bit of Meccano. Always a good option if the card is otherwise fine.

Cheers Gaz.
We've ended up comfortably in the top 1% over all but that only equates to 21,000th and 350 points behind the winner!
These comps with millions of entrants are unwinnable, or at least about as winnable as the lottery.

Re: The betting-thread 2010
Don't see why not John. Wolves will be resting players tonight without a doubt. McCarthy has made no secret of the fact that he's concentrating all his resources on Premier League survival. I don't think he'll quite put out the shadow side we saw at Old Trafford in December but he will rest many for...

Watch yourself there John. Palace might have been beaten 2-0 away to Newcastle but they didn't play badly and they will have a siege mentality. They're at home and they're playing Peterborough who, to be fair, are completely shite. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_div_1/8480665.stm

I know you brits have little understanding of football outside your little island ;) ... you may be in for a surprise against Slovenia Even if they beat us, the last thing it would be is a surprise as, FYI, we played them 3 months ago . You misquoted me, I wasn't saying the surprise would be agains...

And FPS games!
You just can't match the accuracy of a good mouse for aiming and a proper gaming keyboard with a dedicated array for movement combinations.
